The annual Boo in the Bog began Friday with a soggy, haunting evening. October 21 and 22 volunteers provided guided tours through the bog with educational talks about the animals that come out in the bog at night. Friday night had traditional rainy Boo in the Bog weather. All were gratefull for the large tent which provided shelter and warmth. All there were entranced by the storytelling of Melanie and the warmth of the cider and hot chocolate. It is the haunting time of year and that means time for Boo in the Bog.

Thanks goes out to all the volunteers that put in time carving the pumpkins that lit the boardwalk, the speakers, guides, the tent raisers, and all the other things that make the boo possible.

Here are pics of all the fun from the Boo in the Bog both nights.
