This year's halloween was celebrated at the bog with the annual Boo in the Bog. October 22 and 23 volunteers provided guided tours through the bog with educational talks about the animals that come out in the bog at night. There was also a bonfire where Melanie provided spooky stories, face painting for children, and hot chocolate and spiced cider. It is the haunting time of year and that means time for Boo in the Bog.
Thanks goes out to all the volunteers that put in time carving the pumpkins that lit the boardwalk, the speakers, guides, and all the other things that make the boo possible.
